Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct
Effective Date: October 26, 2026
At The Royal Experience, we believe every client deserves to feel respected, comfortable, safe, and cared for. Our goal is to provide a luxury experience where you can relax, recharge, and feel confident in the services you receive.
To maintain a professional and welcoming environment, all clients are expected to follow the Code of Conduct outlined below.
1. Respect and Professionalism
We are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for every client.
Clients are expected to:
Treat the service provider and others with courtesy and respect.
Communicate concerns, preferences, and service expectations respectfully.
Respect professional boundaries and the time reserved for their appointment.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threats, or abusive language.
The Royal Experience does not tolerate disrespectful, threatening, discriminatory, or abusive behavior toward the service provider or others.
2. Professional Boundaries and Zero Tolerance for Inappropriate Conduct
All esthetic and massage therapy services are professional services. Sexual comments, inappropriate touching, suggestive requests, exposure beyond what is necessary for the service, or requests for sexual activity are not permitted.
During massage therapy, appropriate draping and professional boundaries will be maintained in accordance with applicable requirements and service protocols.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the appointment without a refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Serious incidents may be documented and reported to the appropriate authorities or licensing agency when warranted.
The Royal Experience reserves the right to refuse future appointments when a client's conduct compromises professional boundaries, safety, or the integrity of the service environment.
3. Hygiene and Personal Care
To help maintain a clean and comfortable environment, clients are expected to practice reasonable personal hygiene before appointments.
Please:
Arrive clean and ready for your scheduled service when reasonably possible.
Inform your provider of any contagious illness, open wounds, active skin infections, or other conditions that may affect service safety.
Follow any service-specific preparation instructions.
Avoid attending an appointment when you are experiencing symptoms that may put others at risk.
If a condition presents a safety or sanitation concern, your appointment may need to be modified, postponed, or rescheduled.
4. Health Disclosure and Client Safety
Your safety is important to us. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information on intake forms and communicating relevant changes before treatment.
Please disclose any relevant:
Medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries.
Allergies, sensitivities, or adverse reactions.
Medications or recent cosmetic procedures that may affect treatment suitability.
Skin concerns, active infections, or other contraindications.
Pregnancy or other circumstances that may require service modifications.
The Royal Experience may request additional information, recommend medical clearance, modify a service, or decline treatment when appropriate. We do not diagnose medical conditions, and our services do not replace medical care.
Withholding information that materially affects safety may result in a service being stopped or declined.
5. Appointments, Arrival, and Cancellations
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and allow enough time to complete any required intake forms.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on the remaining appointment time and provider availability. The full service price may still apply when permitted by the disclosed booking policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please follow the Booking and Cancellation Policy listed on our website and booking platform.
Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or disregard for appointment policies may result in restrictions on future bookings.
6. Communication and Service Preferences
We encourage open communication throughout your experience. Please let your provider know if you have questions, concerns, discomfort, pressure preferences, temperature preferences, or other needs during your service.
For massage therapy, communicate any discomfort or change in pressure immediately. For skincare services, let your provider know if you experience burning, unusual discomfort, or another unexpected reaction.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate appropriate preferences and accessibility needs. Some requests may not be possible due to service limitations, safety considerations, or professional scope of practice.
7. Substance Use and Disruptive Behavior
Clients must arrive able to understand the service, provide informed consent, and communicate their needs.
The Royal Experience may refuse or discontinue service if a client appears impaired by alcohol or drugs, behaves disruptively, or cannot safely participate in the appointment.
Threats, violence, harassment, property damage, or other conduct that compromises safety may result in immediate termination of the appointment and, when appropriate, notification of the relevant authorities.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our clients and expect clients to respect the privacy of the service provider and others.
Clients may not photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise capture the service provider or other clients without their permission. Recording during a service is not permitted without prior approval.
The Royal Experience handles client information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law. We ask clients to respect the confidentiality of private conversations and information they may encounter during their visit.
9. Children and Additional Guests
Please review the booking instructions before bringing a child or additional guest to an appointment. The treatment environment must remain safe, calm, and appropriate for the service being performed.
Guests may be limited based on room capacity, privacy, sanitation, and safety requirements. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and may not be left unattended.
For spa parties or group bookings, the designated organizer is responsible for communicating relevant group expectations to attendees.
10. Respect for the Space and Property
Clients are expected to treat the treatment room, equipment, products, furnishings, and personal property of The Royal Experience with care.
Intentional damage, theft, or misuse of equipment may result in refusal of future services and may be addressed as permitted by law.
Please follow any reasonable instructions related to sanitation, equipment use, and safety.
11. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
The Royal Experience reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary due to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, lack of informed consent, contraindications, professional boundaries, or circumstances outside the provider's scope of practice.
When a service is stopped or declined, any payment, deposit, or refund will be handled in accordance with the Booking and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
We will not refuse service on an unlawful discriminatory basis.
12. A Shared Commitment to the Experience
The Royal Experience is committed to providing thoughtful care, professional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We ask every client to help us maintain that environment through mutual respect, honest communication, and consideration for others.
By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that you are expected to follow this Code of Conduct, together with our applicable booking policies, service consent forms, and other published policies.
