You booked your appointment. Now it’s time to get ready to relax. 🤍

Welcome to The Royal Experience! Whether this is your first facial with me or you’re one of my returning clients, I want your experience to feel just as good before you walk through the door as it does once you’re in the treatment room.

Here’s what you can expect after booking and how to prepare for your appointment.

Your Appointment Is Officially Reserved

Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive your appointment confirmation with your scheduled date, time, location, and other important details.

Please take a moment to review your confirmation and make sure everything looks correct.

If you notice something that needs to be changed, reach out as soon as possible.

Complete Your Forms

Depending on the service you booked, you may be asked to complete an intake or consultation form before your appointment.

These forms help me understand your skin, your concerns, your current routine, medications or products you may be using, and what you’re hoping to accomplish during your visit.

Be honest and thorough. Your skin history matters.

Your treatment should be customized to where your skin is today, not just what you saw on social media.

Please Arrive On Time

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

I recommend arriving a few minutes early so you have time to settle in, use the restroom if needed, and get comfortable before your service begins.

Because many of my treatments are time-based, arriving late may affect the amount of time available for your service.

My goal isn't to rush you through your appointment. I want you to have the full experience you booked.

Come Ready to Relax

You don't need to do anything fancy before your appointment.

Come as you are.

You can wear minimal makeup or arrive completely makeup-free. If you're coming straight from work, school, or a busy day, don't worry about having everything perfect.

This is your time to slow down.

Take a breath.

Put your phone away.

Let me take care of the rest.

Tell Me What's Going On With Your Skin

Your skin can change between the time you book your appointment and the day you arrive.

If you've experienced a breakout, irritation, dryness, sensitivity, a reaction to a product, or any other major change, let me know.

Even if you think it's small.

Your treatment may need to be adjusted based on the condition of your skin that day. Sometimes the best treatment isn't the one you originally booked, and that's okay.

Healthy skin always comes before forcing a treatment.

Life happens, and I completely understand that.

At the same time, your appointment represents reserved time that could have been offered to another client.

Please review The Royal Experience cancellation and rescheduling policy when booking so you know what to expect if your plans change.

Giving as much notice as possible is always appreciated.
